Beastlord Quest Giver in KV (Order)

I've been away for a while and I still have the BL token quests from the first round of Beastlord Quests. I was able to turn in the token quest in Praag (old quest giver also the new quest giver) and BC (quest giver isn't used anymore) but I can't seem to find where I turn in Beastlord Hunt: Squig Herder in KV. Older patch notes say it's the Bugman Ranger in KV ch16 16k/42k but I can't find him there.

I remember having difficulty locating him the first time to get the BL quest. I recall him being up on a hill somewhere and not actually located in the ch16 camp.

Does anyone have any insight on this? I've been looking through the forums for an hour or so with no luck. Is he still located in the ch16 camp or has he been removed from the game?

the only dwarf quest giver i'm aware of is in TM now. I know there were changes to quest givers in the last 6 months. believe hes' in the CH19 hub in TM.

I went to all the new quest givers to pick up the new BL quests. The one in TM didn't accept the old quest.

Not all of the old ones are gone. As I said in my initial post the old quest giver in BC ch22 was still there to turn in the quest even though he's not used anymore, and I was able to turn in the old quest to Praag though in that case the quest giver is the same.

I'm willing to believe the one in KV is gone for good and I'll just need to do the new quests, just want to make sure he's actually gone and I'm not just looking in the wrong place.
