Downloaded yesterday, cant install

This is, i have installed the files. Used WinRar to extract the files into my War folder. And I have tried using the Launcher to launch the game. I have also given all permission to the folders containing the game and all folders within. Is there anything i am doing wrong, as something is apparent. I have even copied the folder to my work screen. Is there anything more I could be doing?

are executing the launcher with admin rights?

Why do you have the war folder on OneDrive, try changing that as the sync options of that folder may interfere somehow

I was seeing if I could do an install on a tablet. And create a GUI system that enables touch commands. ((Would be cool i thought to do an mmorpg that is touch enabled.)) But that bit is coming later. As for the launcher. I have enabled admin rights. I think I solved it though. I re downloaded the link into OneDrve:C/MyComputer/User And then Enabled non child rights. ((Which is an additional box you can click in security.)) So far it seems to have bypassed the security issue and its loading currently as I type this.
