This sounds like excellent news, I will have to have a look over the Tome Unlocks in zones if you have all objects clickable now.

Also, Open Quests? You mean the (PQ) Public Quests right that are fixed also?

Standards Quests often if not always failed to have the hand-in text that saw the end to Quests, it would be mostly the starting quest just repeated, even though the rewards are given and the Quest ends ... so this has been corrected also?
I often enjoyed the ending speech, as some of the NPC's could really show their character in the 'hand-in for rewards' part of each Quest.

I only ask so much, because it sounds like you guys have pretty much completed Tier 1 by the sounds of the patch is only.
