Assist Arrow

I know enemy addon has an arrow option for groupmates. Is there an addon on/or will enemy work where the arrow switches to my targets. Trying to manage assistance better.

Like your current target? Targetring or RV_MOD Targetting are the two most common; I use rvmod to great success.

Try out that Target RIng addon but with Enemy target arrow instead of circle around target.

Open target ring UI ingame to change colours, hight, size etc.
