Can't connect

Whenever I want to login through the Launcher it says:
Error starting: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Der Zugriff auf den Pfad "C:\Program Files (x86)\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\WAR.exe" wurde verweigert.
