Cant learn Unshakable Focus

I have a lvl 14 Shadow Warrior.

I should have learned the Rank 2 Morale Ability "Unshakable Focus" at level 12, but I didnt and dont know why.

Now it appears that I cant.

Has anyone else encountered something similar?

UF was removed from the game on Sept 15.

No, no, no, that's not how it's done. After hearing UF has been removed the response is to smash all the ornaments and burn down the x-mas tree. You new here, friend? :P
