Path of Da Green - Waaaah Frenzy - Shaman

Path of Da Green - 3 points in my Mastery build is the talent" Waaaah Frenzy". It is supposed to reduce my Build time of "I'll take that" by .5 sec. "I'll take that" is still showing 2 sec cast- and while casting I compared it to another 2 sec cast by watching the countdown and it did not reduce it to 1.5 sec.

Also- did not increase my AP as it should cost more AP + tool tip still shows 2.0 cast time - I just paid for a respec- but would really love to have that looked into as i think that is the best talent for Da Green Path

This is my second post on it- but disregarded as I did not know how to use the Mastery Tree then (that you had to buy talent seperatly)

but, now 100% positive it is not working - I just respecced so I dont have it atm to not waste it- but would love it someone could look into it- I dont think a lot of Shaman play Debuff- most are heals or dps, so may not have been reported. Important skill as it makes up for the DPS loss for going Green.

I asked in the other thread, but I'll repeat here in case you didn't see it:

After "purchasing" the skill (by putting a point into it, at the earliest of Lv 17), did you equip the Tactic?

You get 1 Tactic per 10 lvls (10, 20, 30, and 40) for a total of 4 slots. Right now you probably have one slot, and by 17 you should have 2-3 Tactics. Only one can currently be equipped.

Press V, go to the tactics tab, click and drag the tactic you purchased down to your Tactics slots (default is bottom-left of your screen).

Waaaah Frenzy - This is not a tactic - it is the mastery tree as the first trait (Path of Da Green) - - you already have the spell learned "i'll Take that" -"Waaaah Frenzy" should reduce the cooldown for my current spell "i'll Take that" that is a basic skill.....Again, not a Tatic - Not many plays Path of the Green- they are either Heals or DPS- so maybe no reported but a very important Trait from the mastery tree for loss of DPS---- Thank you!

I have already respecced that point out as it wasnt working and wasted skill spoint- so i dont have it anymore but would love to have it soon

That is a Tactic. Every Tree is Tactic, then skill, then tactic, then skill, etc. Except for a Level 4 Morale at the end.

Tactics are hexagons and skills are squares.

You need to equip the tactic in one of your tactic slots. This effect is not automatic, it will only work when you equip the tactic in one of your four slots.

Everything is working as intended, you need to buy the skill then equip it in one of your very-limited tactic slots in order for it to work.
