The sum of Blue & purple of one type must be egual the other type! ( this is another rule of the fragment)

ex. 15 blue str 5 purple str , 14 blue armor 6 purple armor

A super crit will give you a r32 purple tali and your 200 shard back.

If you use 200 blue frags they will crit to a r32 purple and supercrit to a r36 blue.

Yeah, it's weird. You do get to recraft the frag on a supercrit so you can get 2 r32 talis to sell. Helps to fund buying the r36 ones if you really want all top tier.

Correct. You can only do stats or resistances. In the salvaging tooltip it says you can salvage into crit or power frags but you can't.
