Normally reckless gamble work with all skill or only with Giant skill ? because for the moment only Giant skill active this proc

It procs on all direct damage skills (fyi, ID ticks are considered direct damage), it does not proc on AA, dot-ticks (CiT, O, RS) or morales.
Make sure to retoggle it, the swirling animation of the toggle tends to bug out at times; check your buffbar.
