You got it at level 6, it was pretty much a staple of Warrior Priest Melee gameplay.

WP version of Balance Essence pretty much impossible to play lifetap properly without it.

Anyway, to clarify my previous comment: I think everyone's more worried about making the game work on a technical level rather than on a balance level right now. I would be very surprised if there were no changes made on RoR - they just won't be made right now.
I know they want to make it work just like it was. Still I dont know if its worth the effort with certain tactics or abilities that no one would ever use. Energy of Vaul or Empowered Lores on AM for instance. Complete waste of time redoing those.

Please do 1.48 was an utter mess with so many imbalances kotbs being the best tank and outshineing chosens
Ibs cheese cave win choppas aoe tree nerfed horribly while slayers were untouched more or less doks vs wp g cleanse issues
And ofc the fact that no one wants Bo's or SMs in premades

Since the event has started I am seeing the same elitist attitudes from war people reject offers from me to join them in roaming rvr groups since im a Bo even at level 12 with some of the best t1 gear they would still prefer bgs and chosens for the utility they bring

Atleast the group armor buff from 1.49 should be added

IB "Cave In" was nerfed in the CC balance patch to 3 seconds. The groupcleanse issue on the dok was a bug that was never fixed (with tactic equipped the dok was removing 1 debuff from the groupmembers and two from himself).

i wil be here too to remember the 20% heal tactic more wp have just in case no one remember that wp have 1+ tactic than anyother classes in game and that's so broken

seriusly as telenn said a fixed version of it it could be workable, not the original one, btw it will be plenty of time, wall of text and yell from both side when the times comes so enjoy the peace of the moment please :D
