AH mail bugged

@Xanax Only just saw that, did you find any fix? I posted it on Github a few weeks ago and Max said he'd look into it so I don't know if he couldn't find the problem or just hasn't had time yet with everything else there is to do.

Github report's called "Not receiving AH mail" if ya wanna post anything there.

@Zealote No fix yet. Every time I log in it says I have 19 unread messages, but if I go to the MB under Auctions, there are only 16 actual messages, and they're all read. There's no option to take gold. I have tried everything on my end without luck. I have an Order toon on the same account that has no problem with AH/mail. Thanks for circling back to this! Hope it's an easy fix for all of us.

Both characters had over 300 auction mails. However you can only see 200ish at once. Simply deleting some (200ish) fixed it.



The limit will be increased in the next patch.

Ahh is that 300 including all the old ones that've been opened, so just deleting each one after you've taken the contents would prevent it?

Just checked the first char it happened to and it still seems to be the same - saying I've got 103 AH mail msgs but it's as in pic below, and tried buying sth else but same thing happened.

My character (Eiger) seems to have the exact same problem. seems to be character specific, since my other order toon does not have this issue.

It's fixed on both my chars! Did you do something between my last post and now Max? If not, I deleted all the AH mail on a 3rd char (200+ msgs) after what you said, dno if that would affect a different char on the same acct though?

The thing is that you guys can delete your mail. mine says 0 messages when I indeed have messages. How do I delete my mail that doesnt show up.
