CTD after zone loading on single char

Hello, i am having an issue where my game hard crashes to desktop after the zoneloading screen for Barak Var[BV] on my KotBS "Deafcom"
i have tried typing .stuck during the load screen to no effect.
This begun yesterday after a death in the rvr lake of BV.

Tried to type /stuck twice in a row?
Dying is no option.
