What the topic says, and specifically whatever it scales with will.

As in, trying to figure out if the combination of Corrupting Retribution/ HTL/ renown dodge/disrupt on Chosen's team, combined with will talis for Chosen, will yield an interesting results.

It only "scales" with the amount of mastery points specced in Corruption tree.
It can heal crit tho.
