Macro Deletion

How do you delete a macro once it is created?

The Macro menu starts out with nothing but boxes labeled 'No Icon Set'.
Once you create a macro and select an icon I can find no way to remove the created macro back to the original 'No Set Icon' state.
Now, I CAN edit the macro..including the selected icon to change it to whatever I may need.



Secondary question: Is there more than the 18 Icons first shown that can be used?
Secondary question, Part 2: Can you display a short word instead of the Icon picture?
(For example: A macro that reads 'Wave' in the hotbar icon spot, that does the /wave emote.)
