Who's the best 2h-Tank?

If we talk about pure dmg dealing

The topic is not about the highest-dps-2h-tank, but about the most viable-2h-tank, including utilities, survival, playing vs different kinds of enemies classes, solo/party/wb and so on.
I started this discussion because I always wanted to try one and was wondering who was the best tank choice (not only in high numbers point of view).

Short Answer:

Most viable 2H tank in group play (assuming mandatory kobs position is already taken) --> SM 1st / IB 2nd
Most viable 2H tank when casual/solo/scrub --> IB 1st / SM 2nd

I used to have a slayer (later - a choppa) main on live and I always played in a group, I remember that it requires showing up on time and using voice comm - I can't afford any of this atm. Besides, being solo/fighting it out in a pug environment is a bonus challenge which I personally like. Duo is an option though.

Noone is saying that you have to talk. But surely you can pop onto comms and listen?

9 times out of 10 playing a 2h tank in a pug environment will be futile.

If by best tank you mean overall the best dps then the answer is Swordmaster. They do typically lack in some of the CC BG and IB brings but when it comes to balls to the wall dps it's SM.
