i cant login with my main acount!

i cant see my characters or create a new1. It says "login complete" and after a while the screen turns black and says "locating battles" + "looking for allies". its like the game is down. after a while i created a second acount and i logined normaly so my conclusion is that its not a game issue but maybe an acount issue?

alsto another guy had the same problem with me b4 3 days (viewtopic.php?f=4&t=22795) the big difference between me and him is that when i cr8ed a 2nd acounti could log

I only have 1 account but same problems!
