Error message with Launcher

I just downloaded all required files, and I'm getting an error message when I try to log on. It is as follows:

"Access was denied to the path or file WAR.exe!

Unblock the launcher. (right click RoRLauncher.exe -> properties -> click Unblock button)

Remove the write-protection (right click the game folder -> properties -> disable read-only) from all the files in the WAR folder and try again. You may also try running the launcher with Administrator privileges.

Thank you! I read through the sticky, but did not recognize the code. I should have just tried everything that it said in there even if I didn't correlate it. Taking off the read-only attribute worked. I'm sorry for writing a reply based on the sticky information! Again, thank you so much for helping me get into the game!
