Issue with graphics

Hello! I hope all is well or at least getting better.

Setup went fine. All the textures loaded when I made a character. I login with the character, it opens the book but it gets to the game world. I see only a black screen. I hear everything, all the buttons are there but the map doesn't load either. Is there a way to fix this? It is only affecting this game, all other MMOs run from either High to Ultra with no issues in performance. Graphics card is up to date. Unsure of what to do now.
