problem login

Hi, i have problems with login:
i downloaded game
i downloaded direct x
i downloaded launcher
i extracted all in same spot
i tried log in 1 hundred times but i can't choose anything

when i launch launcher appear this text in a window near launcher box:

Run all exes as admin, disable read only on everything inside WAR folder.
