Thanks for re-enforcing why I stopped posting on the forums. The elitist attitude is real :)

You're right. Me, ToXoS and MANY others are all just wrong/bad and only you and a handful of other players know the magic way to play BG. If you ask any 2H BG if they will use enraged beating for a MAJORITY of the time they are in combat - or whenever its up. Now why would they do this if they have no issues with hate? Why does everyone spam EB and spend 3 seconds channeling it doing nothing but pseudo-damage?

(Hint: because they need their mechanic near full in order to use both scalers and spenders appropriately). So you spend (again) around half your time channeling EB, to get hate to be able to your your abilities like CD, or Super Punt, or armor debuff, etc. etc.

Whatever "rotation" you build as a 2H BG. its going to involve channeling EB for hate.

Now if we want to talk SnB - where you DONT have very many hate spenders... Sure, hate is super easy to get and keep full because you never spend it... But as 2H BG youll be spending 30/10 seconds for CD to stay up, not including any other hate spenders.

SM>IB>BG>BO>KOTB>Chosen

I'm putting IB ahead of BG and BO just because how annoying Volgo can be. :D

then again, good players are always an exception, so despite somehow "ranking" below other classes on theoryboard, they can still be insane deadly in pvp.

I don't know the first thing about SM's but this sounds good to me...

SM in my eyes.
Wall is a 2hd tanks wet dream.
25% parry skill is damn nice.
Not a big fan of the whole spirit dmg theme, still his skills are very efficient. Remember that the class did real good dmg in live.

Was close to become again an order player, than Bo smiled at me and I remembered how goofy elves look in this game

IB / BG have just too much skill tourette IMHO.
Need tuned and we'll thought out NB or play the class really dedicated, guess both would be best. Mechanic is fun I think.

Bouhahahaha. I can't even play ! Like ever. I play both BG and IB though and its a very close call. At 100 mechanic, I think IB has more brute force damage thanks to Heavy Blow dot. But anything below max mechanic, BG wins.

SM is in another world though.

At the start of a fight you want to gain hate as fast as possible, EB is one way to help archiving this.
When you have to spam EB in cooldown mid fight, then you do it wrong. You skip all other debuffs and AA for 3 sec. Other tanks have to swap guard, you have to swap guard and dark protector. When your protected target is under focus you get plenty hate to almost spam your hate spenders without having to worry about losing max hate.
Dying is no option.

If you think that swapping Dark Protector is something only "elitists" should do, then i'm glad you are staying out of those forums.
