I did not understand your position ... did you just take the time to say that you have no interest in helping?

There is very little interest in helping you resolve this specific issue. Generally, if it's not affecting a significant portion of the userbase, then you're on your own.

I will wait for someone willing to help so it is not a chronic problem in the future. I think differently, I find it more coherent to correct something before a big problem develops.
