Charcters deleted?!?!

Returning player just finished downloading the client everything works fine.

All my characters are gone!!!! Am i expected to start over or is there a way to restore?

Also when i do a search on the armory all my characters are there....

How long were you inactive for? Mine were deleted for several months of inactivity. SURPRISE!
I can simply lock this thread and you guys will just have to deal with whatever ends up being implemented.

Half a year ago or so the database was wiped of all inactive characters (inactive for over a year) to free up names and clear the server of unneeded information.

Sorry my mistake, I was logging into the game with the wrong account..
