Does anyone know where the ghost pirates are?

Was doing some PvE stuff today and i saw some one with a cool title, they told me that they got i by killing a "ghost pirate" mob but siad they couldnt remeber where they killed it


So im just asking if anyone might know where these mobs would be

Some ghost pirate you can find in Reikland. On border with the rvr lake. Order side. Between gunworks and reikswatch. You need cross the river leaving rvr. But don't know if they grant some tittle.

Just tested it. There are Ghost Pirates where I described. But killing them won't grant you any title. But in the sand you can find treasure chest. Click on it and you will gain "Dread Pirate" title.

Dunno. Don't remember all fixed tickets from patch notes. But it is 5 min work and tittle is pretty cool
