All Chars are lost!

Two days ago i reinstalled windows and the game and all my chars are lost! I can see them in the armory but not in the char selection screen! Last time i played was 3 days ago! Greetings

have you tried reinstalling the game?

Another point to add, upon first launch of the client, it does take some time for it to render the character models.
So you may want to give it a minute or so to render all character models in the character lobby.

I have reinstalled the game 2 times. I know the delay in the char selection screen, but thats not the problem.
