Error with Launcher Access (read only error?)

I experience the following error

Error unpacking:
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning\ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll' is denied.

I recently installed windows 10 and downloaded the game again.

The following actions were taken.

-Installed the directX as shown in the guide
-Extracted the launcher to the game folder
-Used the "read-only" option as shown in the guide.

I tried to put the whole folder in "program files (not the x86 version) but to no success.

Look for the file named "ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll" in the game folder. Right click > properties > uncheck "read only" and click OK. Then try logging in.

It is already unchecked, tried to check it and re-uncheck it, still same msg..

I'm really hoping that is not a rare event xD

Would the fact that I downloaded via the website (not torrent one) influence something of that process?

problem solved, reinstalled everything re-unchecked everything and this time -for some reason- it obeyed the commands!
