Are Balance discussions on hiatus?

I was thinking of making a proposal but i noticed none have been moved to Discussions for a while so...

(If anyone could lock this thread once I get my answer, I would appreciate it :) )

Gerv is being a busy beaver working through the Aussie winter, he was taking charge of it before life smashed into his face. Lots of things are waiting on the Patcher anyway. We will still be using that process, making a proposal isn't going to go to waste.
