I started a new character a few days ago.
Needed 16 lvls to get all my T1 RvR stuff done, so far so good.
T2 is empty, so i went to T3, for me a bad idea. Feels like thrown in a meatgrinder.
I could cry about not having skills i need and so on but thats not my major problem.
Point for me is that the surounding conditions havent been adjusted to have a good flow in gameplay.
But i have a few suggestion to bring it back:
-reduce the flightcost from T3 to T2 lvl(costs are very high when you leave T1)
-make T3 repeatable warcamp quests available at T2 lvl or let T3 kills count for T2 quests
-T3 inf should also give T2 inf at higher rate (maybe 2-3 times) to give us a chance to have fitting gear to our lvl
(and for ppl like me the chance to complete the Codex)
-Fuse the lvls of the T2 and T3 siegeweapons to the same lvl and RR (to give as an option to defend a keep with low lvl)
These 4 little suggestion would bring me a much better gameplay on the way up and could compensate the loss of the T2 zones.
I know that the fusion was needed and maybe i wont get my old gameplay back, but maybe these ideas are read and bring back the fun being a low lvl.
Best regards.

Strange. I always felt super strong, when leaving t1, because of bolster buff.
Some pve farming of mobs brings enough income to be even able to buy talismans from AH.

Dying is no option.

I think these are solid suggestions (especially around decreased flight costs and a fusion of the influence). I also think that some type of roadmap for new players on the wiki might be ideal (as long as there was something in game to direct players to the existence of said wiki). Something that says, hey by the way now that you're out of T1 here are some good places to level up, do these epic weapon quests, farm this mayhem gear etc to get you ready for T3.

For new players, being forced to T3 at rank 16, arriving at T3 warcamp and finding out that you cannot really take any of the RvR quests, can be quite confusing.
As is wandering into the local keep, and discovering that you can only buy +20 rank gear from the keep, but somehow your T1 gear is supposed to help you against gankers that may have 10-20 career/renown ranks more.
Old players have no problems twinking their little twink gankers to the max, but for new players things may get confusing.
One good solution IMO would be to raise T2 influence rewards and renown rewards to the same level as T3 rewards, that is, some of them might actually be good stuff to wear in early T4, like the belt with crit, or the cloak with awesome stuff. So that instead of classic Talabec-Avelorn rotation, you might have people wanting to visit Shadowlands or Barak Varr because the inf rewards from there are/should be just as good for early T4 as the stuff you earn from T3 zones.

Very good points here, esp making it easier to quicker optain the T2 INF gear will make T3 more enjoyable for new toons and making traveling cheaper - will make zones more populated.
Keep up the great work, all!

Enabling the quests for lower level chars in t3 would be good. Travel costs are ok, when you can do rvr quests. Due to bolster you need no top gear to feel powerful in t3 as lowlvl char.
Dying is no option.
