I'm 99.9% sure the code is mirrored.
Pretty much always afk or tabbed out.

question marks are check points.
plz read it with imaging smile ;)

we are talking about balance
which need stories from both side right?
we had feedbacks from magus side.

now, I'm not representing magus side here.
i'm on opposite side of magus. ok?
i'm against 5sec BoC based on my little magus experience and heavy experience against magus. that's my opinion. hm?

now, both stories are just opinions.
value of each opinions will be judged by devs right?
player's discussion may plus or minus it's values.
devs also have other sources to judge class,
feedback is just additional info. ok?
all u players can do is provide feedback and discuss right?

that's my theory about balance discussion.
'why not agree with this high rr nice player's opinion' is really not a good discussion.

lastly, accept the result. ok?
the 'result' has been accepted, spare the condescension. my point was that a player such as Rav, who has played nearly every dps class to a high level/competitively, should have some weight (at least more weight than incessant moaning and false claims with no empirical proofs =p). however, the position has been made clear to me, fair enough, and I look forward to what the future brings in re to potential class additions.

never noticed a difference between engi/magus pulls, personally (engi like half a second longer to setup).

My bad, i'm trying my best to be polite, but it really beyond my knowledge.
I have feeling that short english is rude.
but had to short it to reduce misunderstanding.
or i just use wrong words in wrong way.

As some one who really plays choppa a lot im really excited to hear you say that, I look forward to seeing what if anything you do to GTTC! (and possibly No More Helpin? :P 13 pts for an exhaustive strike Outgoing HD isnt that good when it can be better provided by soul killer BG )

Choppas "wb build" dosnt extend past chop fasta really

GTTC is a joke ability, its channeled, does poor damage, requires you to hit a target and you have no controll over whom you want to pull

If you want a safer pull, you have a better option for ST with TE and if you want to pull mutliple targets Rift is a better, safer option

i've pissed around with rift a lot and whilst it's fun to drag a bunch of ordos into the headkicking of a lifetime (there is nothing funnier than dragging BWs, SWs and AMs off of low walls and watching them spaz out in panic) you're left with an otherwise rather pathetic character. it's not as pathetic as the dedicated turtle pullbot engis which are about the saddest thing to ever waddle onto the battlefield but it's still kinda bad

is TE'ing people fun? i've never managed to get a mara that high, but pulling is such a unique and fun thing to do swhy i was considering the choppa

They could always revert it back to its Support/Crowd Control role by reintroducing its Silence, Disorient, and Melee Knock back- at least then it would have almost as much Utility as an Engineer.

Crowd control was a viable role until Mythic introduced immunity timers. They had good reasons but after that you only use your "best" CC because you can't chain them and everything else wastes an immunity.
