Should Potions RR abilities reset after an SC?

Just curious if anyone thinks this should be the norm? I don't think all that many people RVR and SC at the same time but being an SC person first and an RVR person second, I cannot even put into words how many times I've came out of an SC, had combat, went to pot, cooldown, went to CW/RD, cooldown.

I don't know if this is in the "gray area" of things, I don't really think it can be exploited all that much but I was curious what the players/staff thought? It is more a QOL thing if anything, and unless you had a sub 5 minute SC... it really wouldn't be a HUGE issue.. I guess it could be a pain to code maybe but I have no idea.

Anyone else ever wonder if this would be possible? Anyway, happy 4th of July everyone!!!!

Would be cool. WoW arenas does this (resets all your CDs). Certain abilities, like the beastlord AP book, would see more use as part of a group rotation if they would reset upon entering new scenario.

I agree it just doesn't really make sense that they don't reset to me, but there may be a bigger problem idk

Yea, I'm with Torquemadra on this one. I can already see people joining scenarios and then immediately leaving, just to reset cooldown timers.

...so because one or two idiots would maybe do that (why? Who will do that?lmao cds aren't that long to warrant joining a sc and leaving), it's a bad idea?

Combine the cooldown reset with SC debuff. You get sc debuff cooldown does not take effect

afaik they already reset, potions/beastlord pocket/subj cloak. upon joining/leaving.

What would be the point of it?
In WoW you got buffs with 15min cooldowns but thats coz they are made with PVE boss encounters in mind and if Arena is what you do in WoW you want everyone start on equal ground. This is not the case with WAR as stuff are pretty much always off CD in a new instance.
