Champs don't have a higher purp item drop chance than mobs afaik. Champs drop purp frags.

Well, maybe the % per mob is higher, but you can kill tons more normal mobs than champs, so the per hour rate would be higher on normals...

And I misunderstood wargrim on the previous thread. Didn't mean to post erroneous info.

Well for me its like you can farm ( butchering) or When iam on my cultivator alt i farm i have a chance to drop a cool Set Part! Just the chance thats enough for me. Its not a must have its cool and more for Set combinations so you might need 2-4 parts of it mostly. At the second day First parts where traded for about 200-300 Gold thats not expensiv. Its a rly cool Set Implementation i rly like it

Why? The set is far away from BiS - it's not even suitable for mixing. It's equivalent to annies/mercs and i don't see why a setpiece could possibly cost 500 gold

Well because Gold farming / Making is so damnit easy that If one Set piece cost 300 a full Set is buyable with under 13 hours play time easy thats nothing compare to other Sets / execpt Ruin thats way faster

Let's look at it this way, it's the only T4 armor set that can be obtained through both PvE and trading. Anni/Merc requires time spent in oRvR and Scenarios (although the boots and gloves can be traded) whereas Ruin comes from PQ farming only. The price for these BoE items are determined by the market economy of supply and demand. For now the price may fluctuate between 300-500 gold depending on how good the set piece item is according to the seller, and how much a buyer is willing to pay for it. In time, the market will probably become bigger and as competition comes up, prices will lower. Also, the more people get their set pieces, the less demand there will eventually be. 300-500 gold may seem steep now, but it's only been a day since these items are attainable. It may also not sell for that price, but that is up to whomever wants it for that price at the moment.
