Rly love the chance to drop something good When iam out and cultivate or butchering with an alt. Thumbs up for IT . I will farm These days from time to time and If i drop a Set Part i will let you know mayb someone need it If its not for my Toons you can have it for free or trade against a Part that i need

Dude, i've been farming gold today in Caledor, 2h, no luck yet. I guess it's called rare Fortune for a reason eh? ;p

I farmed 160 scales and got like 4 blue drops. Guess how likely it is to drop purple.

Farmed 5 hrs with massive pulls of 38s with engi, got 1 purple and some blues, no luck yet

I'm just now at the 2k mark including about 400 champs all 37 and up. 5 purple 38+ drops, over 1k gold in talismans, and not a single rare fortune drop. I'm not saying it should be common... But damn. Wish the bonuses were 2-3x higher for a set this dang rare. But I will keep at it .

i think it is meant as rng rare AH buy/sell stuff,"fortune" is for who sell it cuz is a no rank 40 set for t4 that can someone buy istantly instead doing ruin (which for most class is def/hybrid set and so worst). So you can high sell it to any account which have a lot of gold on his main for his alt.

Yup, I agree. I'm sure it will eventually have its drop chance tweaked because currently it seems kinda crazy low. But it is fun to have another set to farm for since I generally do quite a bit of PVE to tali up friends/guildies. It's also cool to have another reason to get gold again!

Yes, see heres my problem with the rare fortune set; which I already voiced to wargrimmer earlier, its supposed to be an “introductory” t4 set much like ruin, its no where near as good as the other established RvR and SC sets.

Its very rare to get drop in pve and so in the AH it will go for very high prices both of these factors: rare and expensive are anthesis to the purpose of the set which is designed for people just entering t4 while grinding out superior rvr and sc sets

Why bother with a set that’s expensive and hard to get when you can just farm ruin

Maybe but I think that’s what makes it good for fresh t4 players, its easy to get and the defensive stats help you survive vs superior geared players till you can grind out stuff to keep up
