Are dmg tactics stackable or not?

Someone posted, that dmg tactics does not stack to each other. Anyone tested it? For example WE flanking(15%dmg from sides or back) with Masterful Treachery(15% dmg for 10s after striking with from stealth abbilities).

They stack afaik.
Pretty much always afk or tabbed out.

You can test it by yourself as it should be visible in the chat window after you typed .getstats: outgoing damage 1.3 if it works.
