Account creation problems

I already have an account as you can see. However my friend cannot create an account because the confirmation email is not being sent. Does anyone know how to solve this. He has already tried re sending the email and also using a different email.

look into the spam mailbox on the net directly and not with outlook/thunderbird

Please, register again using another email, non Microsoft related.

They block every phpBB email...

hi all, my problem with launcher is: Your account or password might be incorrect
but i redo the login and in this site all is ok, what myst i do?
