Hotbar changes after log

I noticed something that helps. However my bar on my squig herder is when I log and come back, it gets changed. But when I log onto another character first, and then switch to squig herder, the bar doesn't change. Tried it after a relog. And tried it last night. Logged out with bar fine, logged in tonight on a throw-away character. Logged off him and switched to squig herder and everything was fine.

Not sure why it works that way, but it does for me.

My fix has been to setup bar 5 as my main bar, that way I just have to push the down arrow on the ability bar to fix it.

Edited layout so bar 5 is actualy there instead of 1 forever) less clickin
