What's the deal with dungeons?

My friend and I wanted to do the Altdorf sewers dungeon...but it doesn't seem to be possible. Am I crazy or is it not in the game? And what about the other dungeons? Seems quite silly to play an mmo without any dungeons in it i'd say!

There are no dungeons yet. PvP is and always will be first priority.

It's also an alpha. Devs have priorities and obviously they want working dungeons, but those are lower on the totem pole than other things.
