Game crashes at loading a character in Altdorf

Welcome,
My son's character who is in Altdorf can't logged in, client crushes during loading screen. Other characters log normally. Any tips?

at the loading screen. Or contact a GM in-game and see if they will move his character. Would need to know the name.
