[Proposal] Absence of Faith 50% and 10 second CD

[FOLLOWING PROPOSAL IS MADE UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT .AB EX WILL NOT BE COMING BACK IN ANY GUISE. IF THIS IS NOT THE CASE, FEEL FREE TO REMOVE MY PROPOSAL

I would like to propose buffing the potency of this ability up to 50%, so as to put it in line with all other DPS heal debuffs: Torture DoK, WE, WH, BW, Marauder, Choppa, Slayer, DPS runepriest, DPS zealot, DPS AM, DPS Shaman.

I would also like to propose reducing the CD to 10 seconds.

The Issues:

1.25% is not sufficient
Against a good premade, it is absolutely mandatory to have a 50% heal debuff to kill them. This, in conjunction with an outgoing HD, will prevent 75% of heals, allowing you to get the kill. Even without that, a 50% HD will enable you to put pressure on an enemy - even if they are guarded - provided your DPS is good enough. 25% is more of an annoyance (KOTBS/Chosen aura) than a healer denier.


2.20 second CD
DPS DOK's heal debuff can maintain an almost 100% uptime in the hands of a good-geared/played dok. It also can affect more than just one enemy at the same time. Choppa's Cant stop da chop is at 10 seconds, allowing 100% uptime. BG/IB outgoing HDs can maintain 100% uptime. Slayer's Deep Wound is on a 10 second CD, allowing 100% uptime. WE Black Lotus Blade...you get the picture.

A 20 second CD on a 25% heal debuff is salt to the wound (don't get me started on the fact that AoF does no damage!).



Possible Solutions:

1.Buff the healing debuff component to 50%
This will allow premades to take a WP over another DPS to provide their heal debuff. As it stands, the WP is more of a burden in a premade: they don't really offer anything. I don't want to tackle this as of now, but believe affording the class something most other DPS can provide will allow premades breathing space, changing up comps, etc.

It is nonsensical for the WP's mirror to have access to a 50% aoe variant while the WP suffers 25% on a 20 sec CD.

2. Reduce the CD to 10 seconds
To keep in line with all other incoming HDs. Even with a 50% heal debuff, if it is cleansed then you have 10 seconds without a HD (assuming you are going WL/WP)
