Whinge:

General calibre of sc play has deteriorated, most premades seem contempt farming pugs in rvr as there is more incentive with easy conq /purp/genesis. Not enough guilds actively seeking a challenge anymore.

So business as usual?
Please tell me when has it been somehow different from that. 2016? 2015? 2014? 2013? 2012? 2011? 2010? 2009?
