Launcher wont start

sry guys i need your help......
i used to play RoR till yesterday, but today when i try to open the Launcer nothing happen......on the task manager the task appear for 1 sec and than disapper.
any idea?

maybe i found the problem, should be something related to d3d9.dll (the dll its not corrupted, i already check) plssss help me^^

Have problem with starting Launcher after recent Win 10 update.
I can normally start launcher once after computer start, play game.
Then after quitting or even during game i see error message, Launcher crashes, and not starting again at all. Till next reboot.

No specific error code or anything

Any idea how to fix that?

Try running launcher as admin or make sure the launcher isnt set to read only.

already done, seems that the problem was the last win update......after all the test im pretty sure that win enable 1 or more new services which create this problem.
i solve it resetting win to the default setting.

Actually, i doubt downgrading windows version is worth idea, because recent updates closed major security problem.

i was not talking to downgrade win version, i mean they enable some services for doing the upgrade, but for some reason that process still enable also after the installation done......i have my win10 fully upgraded but now the RoR launcher work perfectly

anyway the best thing to do is download a fresh and upgraded win10 usb version from microsoft site and doing a clean install of the system, a friend did it and solve the problem too, but my solution its more lazy and work for me XD

Lol, looks like i found the problem. Launcher conflicts with MSI afterburner
Will try to reinstall it
