We know the bag system is broken sometimes, that doesn't mean you're entitled to some refund when you get screwed by it. We're not interested in that level of customer support at this point in development. Staff members get whacked by the same bug, and they deal with it too.

Either take your Conq medallions, or drop the bag in your bank and hope it's fixed somehow one day in the distant future.
