Freeshard Issues ???????

Hi
At first iam a great fan of WAR and now of ROR
and i play the game allready.

But a good Friend of mine got a litle Problem at Playing on a Freeshard , he think the folowing can hapen ---->

1. complete rerol of server ----> all chars to zerro
2. lose of all his data at a server crash/isue
3. lose of all his chars if he cant logg in every few days

so please tell me : can any of this points happen ??

1. jep sure it could happend if the devs want to but thats not planned atm a reroll in renown rank is planned if the devs get controll of the Client but jsut toons over 42 are affekted

1. No.
2. Extremely unlikely.
3. Days, no. There's no automatic process for something like this.

We wiped characters at one point that were at least 9 months unplayed, and many several years untouched. We will not be doing something like that in the future without warning via email to account holders.

Loss of data would only happen if something truly catastrophic happened, unlikely. The team has so far only wiped inactive toons once and they were all lowbies (t1) and only affected accounts that had been inactive for an extremely long time. if you play even very casually you should have no issue and currently no full character wipes are planned anyway. At some point we do plan to do a renown compression but as stated that only will apply to characters > renown rank 43. no eta
on that currently.
