Howdy fellow DPZs.
I am wondering on players thoughts towards altering the CD on Harbinger of Doom(and same for RP).
I love my Z. However, I find that I am most effective as a DPS while running solo, where I only care about my own health. The reason being the CD on Harbinger of Doom. Currently, if you are in Heal Mode you can swap to DPS and back with no CD. In DPS, you face a 20s CD. Why is this an issue? Well, I am the type that finds it difficult to watch a grp member die when I could swap and heal 'em up. However, it rarely takes more than 3-4 GcDs before it would be expediant to go Glowy Hands. But I'm stuck in heal-mode.
I wonder why Zs are capable of hopping into DPS mode for however long they wish, but can't go from DPS to heal w/o waiting 20s with 200 int and 0crit. I am aware that's just how the ability works, and shooting in the dark that it can be altered. My change would be either give the ability 5s CD either way, or (and this would be my preference) change the Z's Divine Fury tactic to swap the CD on Harbinger of Doom.
Now, I don't believe this is "balance". I consider it Quality of Life. I wanted to get peoples thoughts on it though. I don't ever see DPS Zs being a balance issue in the game, but I am biased...

Playing dps zealot myself and have to say dps zealot has many problems this is not one of them.
If you try to heal with divine fury and other dps tactics instead the one you need to heal you won't save anybody.
Zealot needs the same treatment as other dps healers. Enough useful lifetap heals to make up for lower dps than a dd or more dps to make up for lack of heal.
Currently zealot has 1 dmg heal which isn't so bad heals about 1.5k but with a way too long casttime considering the power of shaman lifetap heals.
Zealots has a traitline called witchcraft quite useless to skill for heal and lackluster for dps because you won't have a resi reduction. I would recommend taking a look at this when balance opens because it's actually important for running dps zealot in a smaller scale than wb.
The current implementation of harbinger is more than sufficient to sometimes switch to heal/dps and do something with it. In most cases it will be useless anyway and just a loss of efficiency if you do that in a grp where you fill a dps spot or heal spot.

Again. This isn't a balance issue. Nor should it be a balance discussion, because those aren't currently allowed. Also, Zs have 2 resis debuffs that stack. 3pt tactic right tree and M1. They also have a 50% lifetap tactic. Balancing those towards other healers is a separate issue.
This is simply a QoL change. And I can still get 1.5k grpH crits with divine fury... I just don't want to be forced to heal for 20s at a time.
If I'm the only one seeing this as an issue, then so be it. Was just a thought.

Hmmm my Personal 2 Cents! If you play a healer As dps He should be able to do dmg but not able to heal! So normaly you dont need to switch than

Except that is how it works now. Dude, reading comprehension. Currently you can swap from heal to DPS and back with. O CD. You can't swap from DPS to heal then back to DPS. Going into HEAL mode starts the CD.

Than mayb you shouldnt be able to Make dps after you change to heal Mode?
