Question about procs domi

Hi looking for some answers about some questions
In my shammy domi proc has 25% chance on Hit to steal 100 thoughness
1: can IT proc When IT alrdy is procced?
2: can i proc on multi target via aao?
3 does it stack with something?
4: proc on dots?

In my shammy domi proc has 25% chance on Hit to steal 100 thoughness
1: can IT proc When IT alrdy is procced?
2: can i proc on multi target via aao?
3 does it stack with something?
4: proc on dots?

So i don't play a shaman but some other 5pc offensive proc's(physical rdps+mdps) behave like this (and it should be true for every offensive proc afaik) :

1.no
2.yes
3.behaves like ability buffs/debuffs , as in it should stack with tactic's and morale's
4.no

so if it procs on a target for the next 10 seconds it cant proc on anotherone ?

It can proc on another target, it just won't proc it on the same person if it already has it. The defensive part of the proc won't refresh on you unless you don't have it.
