RAR Launcher Wont Appear/or broken

I click (LAUNCHER DOWNLOAD) and it gives me a blank file and no Return of Reckoning (RAR) original file just a file i click on and takes me to an file opener. I've attempted to download this on a different computer and failed but at least I got the RAR folder open. Id like to try it on this PC being I loved this game till the end on (AgeOfReckoning).

You need to install the extractor application, WinRar.

http://www.rarlab.com/rar/winrar-x64-540.exe

It will open the compressed file and you can take the launcher files out of it.
