AM`s Dispel Magic tactic synergy

Hi, id like to know if Dispel Magic (25% remove blessing off target if dmged with dmging spell) work with Energy of Vaul or Balance Essence used with Tranquility point, also does it work with dots?

Nope it doesent Same with shammy. But i use it withh shammy its very nice

Jep not the worst idea! As shammy its easier. Because with da whaag is comming you remove perma blessings from The grp aoe. And i use nearly Just direkt dmg. As am i dont would skill that tactic
