Loading screen will not end!

Hi,

i´m new and i looked at the forum but didnt found a other topic what describe my problem. My problem is:

i created a new charracter and when im finished and want to log in (created a black orc) the loading screen which is the open book with the warhammer online icon in the right bottom side which is rotating will never end! tryed the "trick" with /stuck /stuck but nothing will happen.

please hlp me
