PQ Loot bags

Hey guys, at what stage do start getting items from the green/blue/purple bags? cause atm in T2, and T3 u only have a choice from Crafting goods/money..

All keeps drop the same mid-tier bags. We opted to go with a higher ranked item based on the rarity of the bag instead.

White - R18 Blue
Green - R22 Blue
Blue - R26 Blue
Purple - R30 Blue
