Mastery tree abilities and tactics not showing up

I only have core abilities on all of my characters. I have spent all 25 points and maxed several mastery trees, but haven't received any abilities or tactics. I have thought they weren't implemented, but otter guildies have them, so something is amis. I have tried clearing the game cache, deleting profiles, etc. Looking for suggestions.

did you put one point directly to that skill, its not enought to put point in three

I put 15 points to max out one tree, but did not receive any of the abilities or tactics. When I hit the train button, nothing happens. BTW. I have removed all addons, and profiles to see if that would help.

You need to put a point into the abilities and tactics you want

I clicked the plus button on the tree until the entire column is yellow and selected, and hit the train button and nothing happened. Doesn't that put points on the items selected?

you need to click on the skills you want it will use a further mastery point per skill/tactic

If you want the abilities/tactics you have to click them also to train them. Then they will appear on your hotbar and in your skill tab when you click V.

Happens to everyone. Not gonna lie, multiple times I've had to borrow gold off a guildie cause I goofed while respeccing...
