changed password and can't log in

On tuesday i've changed my password. Waited for restart and it still doesn't work. I can login on site, but not in game. Old password don't work too.

If you've changed your password on the forum and the new password doesn't allow you to log in on the game server, use the old password you had. It should work.

The new password may take some time to update on the game server. A quick reboot on the server doesn't always update game accounts as the account server is a different server.

We've got no control over game accounts and passwords for obvious reasons, so I would advise waiting for it to update by itself,
but in the mean time, try making a new account and playing on that one until your main works.


Side note: All account related log in issues don't go on the bug tracker, as they are not game related bugs.
