global cooldown

I can't find how gcd was changed on server. I'm sure it isn't the same like it was on live.
And i'm pretty sure i saw somewhere that it was reduced (~1.5 sec on live and ~1 sec here).
Can any of the lead developers make straight answer and also put information in "intentional general mechanic changes" topic?

Mythic had it at 1.4s, ours is 1.1s. That's what the server expects.

For some reason the client is hardcoded to 1.4s, you can bypass that if you press a button during that 300ms window of difference.

With 1.1 GCD i can use 60/1.1=54.5 ability per 60 sec. Or I'm wrong?

No, I'm just bad at math I guess.

If you spam attacks they will be queued to fire at 1.5s, you can only get the advantage by sending an ability during that specific window. It's tricky to get just right.

That explains keyboard spamming heard in many pro-player videos:)
I think that inf oshould be on intentional changes of RoR vs WAR. Many dont even realise about that GCD change, some even pass it on as a secret:)
